Who we are

Cookie Free Analytics is operated by Prestons Creek Capital, KvK 42139404, VAT NL005528479B09. The product brand is Cookie Free Analytics; invoices, if any, are in this legal name.

The service

Cookie Free Analytics provides cookieless web analytics. Hobby requires a visible badge. The product is offered as-is while it is early. Hobby does not start a charge. Starter and Growth are billed on Stripe when you choose them. When a paid Usage charge is taken, 1% of that charge goes to Stripe Climate. That is not a carbon-neutral claim.

Your site

You may only send events for sites you control. Do not use the script to collect extra personal data. The tracker is built for pageviews and named events, not identity.

Accounts

Keep your login to yourself. We may close abuse or illegal use. Hobby is owner plus one viewer; Starter is three viewers; Growth is ten. Public share links are your responsibility once you turn them on. You can export and delete the account yourself from settings — no sales call.

No dark patterns

We will not hide cancellation, pre-check marketing boxes, hold history hostage, or pretend a cookie banner is required for this tracker. See Privacy. Visitor pageviews are processed under the DPA.
